- PetCams LTD provides a live streaming service enabling customers to view their pets at pet boarding centres. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the maintenance and performance of the streaming service, including the upkeep of the PetCams LTD website and the streaming functionality.
- PetCams LTD is not responsible for any activities or occurrences captured on the camera streams. The content of the streams, including any actions or events occurring in the view of the cameras, is the sole responsibility of the pet boarding centre and its staff.
- The quality and consistency of the streaming service are contingent upon the power supply and broadband internet connection at the pet boarding centre. PetCams LTD is not liable for disruptions, quality issues, or service unavailability resulting from deficiencies or failures in these utilities.
- Users may experience variation in stream quality based on the technological infrastructure of the respective pet boarding centre.
- In the event of service issues, including disruptions or quality concerns, users are advised to first contact the pet boarding centre. The centre is responsible for performing initial troubleshooting, which may include checking power supply and internet connectivity.
- If the centre determines that the issue is not related to their local utilities or infrastructure, they may then contact PetCams LTD for further assistance. Users are encouraged to allow the centre to initiate this contact to ensure a coordinated approach to troubleshooting and resolution.
- PetCams LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the streaming service.
- The liability of PetCams LTD, if any, for direct damages related to this agreement and the use of the streaming service shall be limited to the pro-rated amount of service fees paid by the user for the period during which the service was affected.
- By using the PetCams LTD service, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Users accept that the pet boarding centre is the first point of contact for any service-related issues and that PetCams LTD's responsibility is limited to the maintenance and performance of the streaming service.
